Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in high volume recruitment with a focus on go-to-market roles (sales, marketing, customer success, etc)
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and hiring managers
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and recruiting top talent across various levels and functions
  • Advanced knowledge of a modern ATS (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) with an ability to fully leverage the system
  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for connecting people with opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full cycle recruitment process from kick off meeting to candidate acceptance on a variety of roles, with a core focus on go-to-market (sales, marketing, customer success, etc)
  • Conduct candidate interviews, screening for the right mix of knowledge, skills, and values alignment to succeed at ZayZoon
  • Keep a high touch with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure our interview process is moving along smoothly and profiles are aligned
  • Act as a primary contact with candidates, building strong relationships and ensuring a strong candidate experience throughout
  • Utilize recruitment software and tools to streamline the hiring process and track candidates, maintaining detailed records
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance our recruitment strategies
