Requirements:
3+ years of recruiting experience in high volume recruitment with a focus on go-to-market roles (sales, marketing, customer success, etc) Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple requisitions simultaneously Demonstrated success in sourcing and recruiting top talent across various levels and functions Advanced knowledge of a modern ATS (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) A positive attitude and a genuine passion for connecting people with opportunities
Responsibilities:
Lead full cycle recruitment process from kick off meeting to candidate acceptance on a variety of roles, with a core focus on go-to-market (sales, marketing, customer success, etc) Conduct candidate interviews, screening for the right mix of knowledge, skills, and values alignment Keep a high touch with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process Act as a primary contact with candidates, building strong relationships and ensuring a strong candidate experience Utilize recruitment software and tools to streamline the hiring process and track candidates Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies
