Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years designing CMS-driven web experiences; strong AEM experience preferred
- Expertise in interaction design, component-driven UX, and systems thinking
- Ability to write clear component specs
- Deep familiarity with AEM Core Components, editable templates, policies, UX patterns, content/experience fragments, and authoring dialogs
- Experience designing for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar enterprise CMS platforms
- Experience optimizing the authoring experience
- Understanding of A/B and multivariate testing and CRO
- Understanding of SaaS B2B marketing funnels and conversion principles
- Excellent communicator
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Responsibilities
- Serve as the UX POC with stakeholders, gather requirements, and communicate complex design clearly.
- Design and document AEM components end-to-end.
- Produce complete specification packages.
- Design for composability and scalability.
- Optimize the AEM authoring experience.
- Design A/B and multivariate test variants.
- Work with Web Engineering to translate specs into AEM Core Component extensions.
