Maintain regular communication with named customer accounts to build relationships and present solutions. Troubleshoot challenges, manage issues with Keeper teams, and close deals. Advise customers on best practices for security and protection against breaches. Proactively manage customer success and deliver consistent value across the entire lifecycle. Demonstrate knowledge of Customer Success best practices and industry trends. Navigate account procurement practices and negotiate licensing contracts. Resolve customer issues independently and collaboratively. Build strong customer relationships through engagement, adoption, and communication. Conduct quarterly business reviews to update clients on vulnerabilities and new features. Become a product expert and assist on Sales or Marketing calls/webinars. Drive customer advocacy through references, referrals, and case studies. Perform data-driven reviews to prioritize opportunities and risks. Reliably renew and expand customer contracts, meeting and exceeding quotas. Participate in the evolution of Customer Success programs and processes. Contribute to a strong team environment.
