Requirements:
4-6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital media measurement, business intelligence, or related fields. Experience managing analysts or leading cross-functional reporting pods. Strong knowledge of digital media KPIs, omnichannel measurement, and HCP/DTC media environments. Advanced experience with Tableau, including dashboard QA, visualization principles, and data storytelling. Familiarity with ETL tools, structured data, and modern BI workflows. Strong understanding of KPI standardization, measurement logic, and reporting automation principles. Excellent attention to detail in reviewing logic, metrics, and data integrity. Outstanding communication skills-verbal, written, and visual. Ability to collaborate across Media, Strategy, Account Service, and Data Engineering. Exceptional prioritization and project management skills. Pharma or healthcare marketing experience (preferred). Hands-on familiarity with Snowflake, SQL, Python, or comparable analytics tools (preferred). Experience maintaining AI/NotebookLM or knowledge-management environments (preferred). Experience facilitating or contributing to measurement workshops or strategic planning sessions (preferred).
Responsibilities:
Set measurement direction including KPI frameworks and reporting logic for clients. Standardize KPI definitions and logic across deliverables. Evaluate KPI shifts and guide analytical responses. Lead structure and efficiency of recurring reporting cycles. Oversee delivery of monthly and quarterly reports, dashboards, and insight summaries. Improve standard templates, processes, and workflows for reporting. Guide analysts in crafting insightful narratives connecting performance to business outcomes. Lead Tableau visualization strategies for clear, decision-ready insights. Maintain NotebookLM environments for the BI team, including prompt libraries and knowledge bases. Ensure effective use of AI tools by analysts. Partner with Client Services to align on reporting expectations and needs. Collaborate with Media and Strategy teams to support optimization recommendations. Work with Data Engineering to resolve data issues and maintain reporting continuity. Support Key Media Business Question (KBQ) workshops. Contribute to agency-wide improvements in measurement accuracy and reporting logic.
