Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related technical field (or equivalent experience). 1-2+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or related field. Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data warehousing (Snowflake preferred). Experience with Python for data manipulation and analysis. Basic understanding of dbt for data transformations. Exposure to Segment, Iterable, or similar marketing platforms a plus. Proficiency in BI/visualization tools (Tableau preferred). Basic understanding of web technologies and web analytics. Understanding of healthcare marketing concepts or prior exposure to the healthcare industry is highly desirable. Knowledge of digital marketing channels is beneficial. Strong communication skills.
