Master’s degree in Public Health (MPH), Public Policy (MPP), Health Economics, Political Science, Health Administration, or related field. 3–7+ years of experience in health policy analysis, research, or healthcare advocacy. Proven experience interpreting and assessing federal or state health policy (e.g., CMS, Medicaid, Medicare, ACA, drug-pricing legislation). Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare delivery, financing models, reimbursement, and specialty pharma. Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel required; R, STATA, SPSS, or similar preferred). Exceptional written communication skills, including the ability to produce publishable-quality briefs and reports. Ability to synthesize complex regulatory information into strategic, business-relevant insights. Familiarity with legislative and regulatory processes.
