Requirements
- Proven experience in technical implementation, system administration, or platform configuration.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to process adherence and quality assurance.
- Proficiency in handling data imports/uploads and working with structured data formats (e.g., CSV, XML).
- Familiarity with common UAT processes and ability to guide users through testing.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
- Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps, capable of supporting work during a power outage.
- Desktop or laptop with at least Intel Core i5 (8th gen) or equivalent, 8 GB RAM.
- Backup device meeting or exceeding Intel Core i3 performance, functional during power interruptions.
- Functioning webcam and noise-canceling USB headset.
- Quiet, dedicated home office space.
- Smartphone for communication and verification.
Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on configuration of the platform.
- Manage and execute onboarding setup for new members, including file uploads.
- Provide UAT support, prepare test environments, and assist members with testing.
- Act as the technical liaison for basic integration setup and provide operational support.
