Configuration & Technical Setup Specialist

Proven experience in technical implementation, system administration, or platform configuration. High level of attention to detail and commitment to process adherence and quality assurance. Proficiency in handling data imports/uploads and working with structured data formats (e.g., CSV, XML). Familiarity with common UAT processes and ability to guide users through testing. Strong communication and documentation skills. Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps. Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps, capable of supporting work during a power outage. Desktop or laptop with at least Intel Core i5 (8th gen) or equivalent, 8 GB RAM. Backup device meeting or exceeding Intel Core i3 performance, functional during power interruptions. Functioning webcam and noise-canceling USB headset. Quiet, dedicated home office space. Smartphone for communication and verification.

Perform hands-on configuration of the platform. Manage and execute onboarding setup for new members, including file uploads. Provide UAT support, prepare test environments, and assist members with testing. Act as the technical liaison for basic integration setup and provide operational support.
