- Run technical discovery, solutioning, and demos tied to customer outcomes.
- Ensure successful developer onboarding and post-close value realization.
- Write specs and deliver product features, integrations, or fixes based on customer needs.
- Create deployment patterns and technical artifacts to accelerate customer adoption.
- Help Sales understand real customer workflows.
