Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field (Master’s preferred). 5–9 years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or advanced analytics roles, preferably in financial services or with financial institutions. Advanced proficiency in SQL; experience with Python or R for statistical analysis and data manipulation. Expertise in digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, or similar tools. Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to create executive-level dashboards. Knowledge of cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and big data tools (Hadoop, Spark) preferred. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and tag management implementation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to translate insights into actionable business recommendations. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
