Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field (Master’s preferred). 5–9 years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or advanced analytics roles, preferably in financial services or with financial institutions. Advanced proficiency in SQL; experience with Python or R for statistical analysis and data manipulation. Expertise in digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, or similar tools. Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to create executive-level dashboards. Knowledge of cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and big data tools (Hadoop, Spark) preferred. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and tag management implementation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to translate insights into actionable business recommendations. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead analysis of large-scale datasets to uncover trends, optimize marketing investments, and support strategic decisions. Conduct attribution modeling, customer journey analysis, and A/B testing to evaluate campaign performance and digital experiences. Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and interactive visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Translate complex analytical findings into clear recommendations for executives, marketing leaders, and technical teams. Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Strategy to deliver integrated insights and improve digital customer journeys. Manage multiple analytics projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of results.
