Requirements
- 4+ years in digital media management.
- Track record of social media growth and high-quality engagement.
- Excellent writing and editing skills for digital-first content.
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical and leadership teams.
- Ability to evaluate analytics and adjust strategies.
- Project management and workflow design experience (nice-to-have).
- Familiarity with AI, tech, or science communication (nice-to-have).
- Event communications experience (nice-to-have).
- Light design or multimedia skills (Canva, Figma, basic video editing) (nice-to-have).
Responsibilities
- Manage posting and engagement across X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, BlueSky, Reddit, and emerging channels.
- Produce clear, engaging posts, threads, visuals, and research summaries for broad audiences.
- Maintain and update the FAR.AI website.
- Publish research summaries, event content, and organizational updates.
- Monitor platform and web analytics to inform strategy.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns for research releases and events.
- Build campaign timelines and manage pre- and post-event promotion.
- Coordinate messaging with researchers, leadership, and the comms team.
- Run targeted growth initiatives and digital ad campaigns.
- Develop and maintain workflows and processes for comms execution.
- Coordinate deliverables across teams.
- Align digital activity with organizational goals.
- Capture lessons learned and refine processes.
