Strong background in Dragos Pricing Model and Policies. Strong understanding of Dragos CPQ Tool along with Book Close process. Ability to lead teams, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and resolve complex issues. Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Oversee end-to-end quote to order processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Identify and implement process enhancements for efficiency and scalability. Act as liaison between GTM, Finance, and Legal for order-related matters. Monitor KPIs related to quote and order accuracy, cycle time, and backlog. Manage and develop the Order Ops team, providing coaching and performance feedback.
