Program Manager

Bachelor's degree preferred; Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus. 3-5 years of experience in program management. At least 1 year of direct experience in an educational or training institution. Experience leading and managing teams. Proficient in Google Suite, MS Office Suite, Slack, and Zoom. Experience with Data analysis, CRM or Salesforce, and other education-related software is a plus.

Manage the preparation and launch of training programs, including application setup and client communications. Oversee multiple programs simultaneously, managing timelines and ensuring smooth execution. Support the Senior Operations Team in developing and implementing strategic initiatives. Facilitate a successful admissions process, including application management and applicant support. Manage instructional contractor screening, review, and hiring. Monitor learners' progress and provide support for instructors and staff. Troubleshoot learner needs and respond to inquiries professionally. Manage and provide guidance to a small team of 1-2 Operations Analysts. Foster a collaborative team culture and encourage continuous learning. Support the Senior Program Manager in cultivating client relationships. Collaborate with various teams for coordinated program execution. Contribute to the analysis of program performance metrics and provide insights. Identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
