Excellent change management experience driving adoption of new technologies. Exceptional communication and influencing skills. Strong business acumen and understanding of operational processes. Skilled in training and coaching business users on tools. Ideally, experience with AI tools or technology in business transformation.

Embed within business areas to drive AI adoption and transformation. Work with business teams to identify pain points and AI opportunities. Prototype and iterate solutions with business users. Lead change management activities including training and communication. Act as the primary point of contact for AI initiatives within business areas. Coach and mentor business users on AI tools.
