Coordinate with Client PM to own scope, schedule, budget and manage client communications Own the overall delivery of engagements Proactively identify, manage through, and escalate project risks and issues Identify and address project scope issues Provide feedback, leadership, and direction to individual team members Serve as the main point of contact for client stakeholders Plans, organizes, and coordinates discovery sessions and requirements gathering workshops Build and maintain strong client relationships Manage stakeholder expectations Support clients through change management and user adoption initiatives Serve as a contributing member of the Customer Success practice and mentor other Project Managers Contribute to the development of engagement and project standards, best practices, templates, and other artifacts
