Requirements:
Proven expertise in supporting commercial transactions, enterprise-level SaaS agreements, and Terms of Service negotiations. Experience supporting sales teams in the Americas is highly valued. Partnership and channel/reseller agreement experience is a strong plus. Solid commercial drafting skills are critical. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to develop creative, practical solutions. Sharp commercial instincts and strategic thinking. Prior background or experience negotiating data protection agreements is a strong plus. Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. Strong capacity to work independently while collaborating effectively. Outstanding ability to build trusted relationships with sales stakeholders. A healthy dose of humor and humility.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary legal advisor to Americas sales teams on contract negotiations and reviews. Provide legal support to EMEA sales teams. Draft and negotiate partnership agreements and channel/reseller agreements. Partner with cross-functional teams to structure and review commercial agreements. Develop and improve templates, playbooks, and knowledge resources. Provide legal training to internal stakeholders, particularly sales teams.
