Licensed attorney in good standing with 10+ years of experience Working knowledge of privacy and data protection requirements applicable in regional markets. Background in corporate and commercial law with experience supporting businesses operating across the Middle East and North Africa. Experience in the GCC is highly valued. Strong negotiation, communication, and advisory skills. Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and balance multiple priorities. Fluency in English and Arabic is strongly preferred.

Support business leaders on cross-border transactions, organizational changes, third-party arrangements, and commercial agreements. Provide guidance on privacy, data governance, and information handling practices. Partner with compliance and operational teams to navigate regulatory frameworks, assess legal risk, and ensure adherence to applicable regional laws. Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure consistent, compliant, and efficient clinical operations.
