Requirements:

6+ years of experience in application and software development 4+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development role Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, with exposure or working knowledge of modern coding languages (e.g. Python, Java, C#) Experience developing Salesforce technologies including Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce Understanding of front-end web development principles and technologies (HTML/CSS) Strong communication skills Experience with using source control and branching/pull requests strategies Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles Experience working with Agentic AI Systems and Generative AI capabilities (preferred) Any additional Salesforce certifications (preferred)

Responsibilities:

Lead and own the technical solution design for Agentforce. Deep dive into the limits and boundaries of Agentforce Agents. Collaborate with customers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers and UX Designers. Oversee and contribute to all stages of the project lifecycle. Follow and understand new Salesforce products and technical capabilities.
