Requirements:
At least one year of full-cycle B2B software sales experience, ideally in SaaS. Background selling to beauty, aesthetics, or self-care businesses is helpful, with Medspa experience a strong plus. Experience building and managing a target account list and outbound pipeline. Confidence engaging with prospects in person, over the phone, and online. Strong organizational skills and comfort working toward activity and conversion metrics. Skilled negotiation abilities and solid business acumen. A natural sense of urgency, positivity, and professionalism. High energy and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle, consultative sales efforts within assigned territory. Develop and refine a target account list. Spend 80% of time in the field meeting business owners. Execute multi-channel outreach to build a pipeline. Cultivate a referral network. Conduct discovery to understand business needs. Deliver tailored in-person product demos. Navigate pricing discussions. Apply qualification frameworks to move deals. Close new business with a trusted-advisor mindset. Maintain detailed activity tracking and pipeline hygiene using Salesforce. Hit and exceed monthly activity, pipeline, and revenue targets. Partner with SDRs, marketing, product, and onboarding teams. Share market insights and competitive intelligence. Represent Boulevard at local events, industry meetups, and trade shows. Build a recognizable presence in the NYC beauty, wellness, and aesthetics community.
