(Senior) Field Application Engineer - India

BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience. 3+ years of experience in the semiconductor and/or Artificial Intelligence industry in a customer-facing application development or technical support role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and results-oriented. Programming experience in Python, C/C++, OpenCL, CUDA. Experience using a high-level ML framework such as PyTorch or TensorFlow. Solid understanding of embedded systems and practical experience with embedded hardware. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to travel to company sites as needed (expect 30%+ travel).

Engage with customers in India to understand their needs and act as a technical expert. Address inquiries, provide product knowledge, and resolve technical issues. Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development on product launches and evangelism. Support Sales in expanding accounts, identifying new customers, and defending design wins. Track customer interactions and ensure follow-ups. Gather and relay customer feedback to Product Management. Conduct competitive analysis. Assist in creating product documentation. Advocate for customers internally and drive product enhancements.
