Fluent English (C1 level or higher). At least 2 years of experience in post-sale customer support, account management, or customer success. Experience in sales, upselling, or client reactivation. Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Resilient mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot) and remote collaboration tools. Based in Europe with the ability to work U.S. (EST) hours.
