8+ years of experience in advanced data roles. Deep understanding of healthcare data ecosystems. Expert-level SQL proficiency and experience with dbt. Hands-on experience designing and maintaining production-grade data models in Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift. Strong knowledge of BI tools like Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Knowi. Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into analytical plans. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated experience mentoring data professionals and implementing analytical best practices.
