Requirements:
Hands-on builder who brings structure to complex situations. Strong product judgment. Comfortable working with technical and business stakeholders and talking directly to customers. Experienced with complex systems and shipping products, ideally in startups or early-stage environments. Familiar with the Shopify ecosystem and its data model, or eager to ramp up quickly.
Responsibilities:
Define and build data ingestion, storage, and Customer Data Platform (CDP) for AI strategy. Ensure customers and AI agent have the right data when needed. Build a proprietary CDP to ingest millions of data points in real time. Work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Talk regularly to customers to validate ideas and improve the product. Partner with engineering teams to guide data pipeline evolution. Build and scale strategic AI-powered initiatives.
