PowerBI Developer

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 6 years of experience as a Power BI Developer. Proven track record designing and publishing complex Power BI models and reports. Deep knowledge of DAX, RLS, and calculation groups. Strong understanding of dimensional modelling, star schemas, and BI best practice. Experience with data modeling and report design best practices. Knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle). Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Experience with additional visualization tools like Tableau or QlikView is a plus.

Design, implement, and optimize Power BI semantic models. Write and optimize complex DAX measures, implement calculation groups. Configure and manage Row-Level Security (RLS). Use Git/Azure DevOps for source control and release processes. Write efficient SQL queries to interrogate and transform datasets. Build and enhance enterprise-grade dashboards. Champion dimensional modelling and star schema design.
