Experience developing with Ruby and JavaScript. Strong expertise in Git and source control systems. Proven involvement in open source communities. Ability to coach and guide community members. Effective communication skills, including public speaking and customer interaction experience. Self-motivated and organized. Comfortable working in a remote, asynchronous environment.

Drive GitLab’s contribution efficiency by leading and managing contributor success projects. Coach and lead cohorts of community members. Track and analyze community contributions. Collaborate with the Programs team to support initiatives. Advocate for prioritizing improvements based on community feedback. Participate as a permanent member of GitLab’s merge request coaching team. Facilitate Contributor Success team stand-ups and agile processes. Travel to customer sites to onboard and guide new contributors.
