BA, MBA Preferred. Minimum of 5–9+ years of experience in strategy, operations, DTC or e-commerce operations, or complex program leadership. Demonstrated experience structuring and driving multi-stakeholder initiatives. Digital health experience required. Strong operational design instincts. Excellent communication and executive presence. Experience managing external vendors, service providers, or partnerships. Ability to bring structure to ambiguity, lead through influence, and make decisions. Highly analytical mindset.
