Mid Business Analyst

3+ years experience as a Business Analyst in financial services (reinsurance, insurance, or asset management preferred) Strong proficiency with Excel including data manipulation, pivot tables, and lookup functions Experience creating process maps and data flow diagrams using diagramming tools Proven ability to engage and build relationships with senior stakeholders Experience working in agile delivery teams using tools like Jira and Confluence Understanding of data workflows
