Minimum 2 years of experience in HRP implementation, consulting, or support Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or 3+ years of relevant experience Understanding of basic HR/Payroll principles and statutory compliance requirements Experience working with clients or projects across multiple geographies Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word Exceptional organizational skills Familiarity with Sage 300 People Payroll, HR Premiere, SBCPP, or other HRP systems (preferred) Previous experience in a consulting firm or fast-paced SaaS environment (preferred) Familiarity with regional HR/payroll legislation in South Africa, UKIA, or North America (preferred) Experience working in cloud-based project management or CRM tools (e.g., Asana, Intacct) (preferred)
