4-7 years of experience in Category Management and/or Sales Analytics. Ability to uncover data points and change information into insights for actionable growth. Category Management experience developing recommendations aligned with retailer strategies. Proven ability to analyze and identify opportunities for growth with key retailers. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Ability to give and receive constructive feedback. Proficiency in utilizing syndicated databases (IRI, Nielsen, Numerator), Microsoft Suite tools, and Power BI. Experience in customer-specific portals for Target and Drug customers (Vendor IQ, Suppliernet, Helix, etc.). Ability to build visual shelf recommendations. Passion for growth and desire to build a transformational brand. Understanding of working with Target and Drug (Preference for at least 4 years working with Target). Experience with a high-performance field organization, sales planning, and broker network. Highly organized, analytical, detail oriented and self-motivated.
