IT Business Applications Manager

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years in business applications management. 2+ years hands-on NetSuite administration. Experience managing incidents, changes, integrations, and small-to-medium SaaS projects. NetSuite administration, core modules, saved searches, workflows, SuiteScript (preferred). Salesforce administration, workflows, validation rules, reporting, security, data management. iPaaS (Celigo preferred), APIs (REST/SOAP), webhooks, data integrity. SaaS/cloud applications, end-to-end business processes, and application troubleshooting. Project management and leadership skills. Strong communication, problem-solving, autonomy, adaptability, and stakeholder management. Strategic mindset.

Serve as primary technical support for core business applications (NetSuite, Salesforce, Celigo). Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, manage change requests, and perform system configurations. Lead application-related projects from initiation to closure. Drive the applications roadmap toward efficiency and simplification. Evaluate and implement new software solutions. Manage and enhance system integrations (iPaaS). Establish governance, operational processes, and architectural principles. Implement application security measures. Track application-related spending and optimize licensing agreements.
