Master’s preferred. 10+ years of experience in sales training, enablement, or field leadership within MedTech, Biologics, Pharmaceuticals, or related sectors. Proven expertise in designing and delivering training programs for new hires and legacy sales teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce CRM, Learning Management Systems (e.g., Showpad, Allego), and advanced Excel skills. Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building abilities. Ability to travel nationally 40–60% of the time.
