Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Instructional Design, or related field. Master’s preferred. 10+ years of experience in sales training, enablement, or field leadership within MedTech, Biologics, Pharmaceuticals, or related sectors. Proven expertise in designing and delivering training programs for new hires and legacy sales teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce CRM, Learning Management Systems (e.g., Showpad, Allego), and advanced Excel skills. Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building abilities. Ability to travel nationally 40–60% of the time.
Responsibilities:
Develop, plan, and implement new hire and ongoing sales training programs. Conduct field rides, workshops, and training sessions. Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Compliance, and Sales Operations. Curate and deliver leadership development content. Enhance commercial enablement through tools, business planning support, CRM dashboard development, and field sales trainer programs. Leverage adult learning theory and instructional design principles. Support the deployment of sales methodologies and frameworks.
