Coach on real customer deployments, shadowing calls and reviewing plans. Maintain situational awareness of all team projects and intervene when necessary. Diagnose risks and root causes, coaching through tactical fixes. Enforce process discipline in onboarding playbooks and documentation. Lead structured training sessions for technical frameworks. Coach on accelerating time-to-value and driving customer success. Drive urgency and accountability with responsiveness and clarity.
