Responsibilities:

Complete technical configuration for various payroll platforms. Collaborate with Engineering, Partner Sales, Client Success, and Product to troubleshoot issues. Provide clear guidance on employer resources. Process ZayZoon branded resource orders. Maintain documentation and status updates. Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes.
