Manage end-to-end campaign execution (setup, QA, launch, performance checks) across email, paid channels, and events. Maintain and optimize HubSpot workflows, lead routing, scoring logic, and integrations. Build and update dashboards and reports measuring campaign impact and funnel performance. Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps for smooth handoffs and consistent data. Recommend new tests, experiments, and optimizations based on performance insights. Document processes and improve campaign operations efficiency.
