Proven expertise in supporting commercial transactions, particularly enterprise-level SaaS agreements, Terms of Service negotiations, and sales contract reviews. Experience supporting sales teams in the Americas is highly valued. Partnership and channel/reseller agreement experience is a strong plus. Prior HR Tech industry experience or familiarity with bespoke HR services agreements is beneficial. Solid commercial drafting skills are critical. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to develop creative, practical solutions. Sharp commercial instincts and strategic thinking. Prior background or experience negotiating data protection agreements, or working knowledge of data protection laws would be a strong plus. Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. Strong capacity to work independently while collaborating effectively with sales and cross-functional teams.
