Define, articulate, and own product requirements and contribute to the vision and roadmap for the new platform. Work as part of a cross-functional team including engineering, design, marketing, and support, through the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond. Engage regularly with internal stakeholders and Reseller partners to gather feedback and align product features with market needs. Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform product direction and positioning. Translate product ideas into clear, actionable requirements/stories for technical teams, ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Prioritize initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility. Measure and report on product performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
