Requirements:
Proven experience managing and optimizing a full client acquisition and onboarding system. Strong experience with CRM management, lead funnels, and KPI-driven growth strategies. Demonstrated ability to interpret data, identify bottlenecks, and implement systemic solutions. Strategic thinker with initiative and ability to drive outcomes independently. Strong organizational and communication skills. Experience in client-facing interactions. Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment. Industry background is flexible; operational and strategic experience valued.
Responsibilities:
Own and optimize the full client acquisition pipeline from lead generation to enrolment. Maintain momentum and resolve bottlenecks throughout the client journey. Provide proactive follow-up across all communication channels. Brief freelancers, review assets for funnel suitability, and provide strategic creative direction. Oversee paid and organic acquisition channels, including Meta ad campaigns. Leverage AI tools for research, messaging, data analysis, and workflow streamlining. Guide founder on messaging, video scripts, and strategic actions based on funnel performance. Achieve KPIs for net monthly enrolments, conversion rates, and progression through funnel stages.
