3–6 years of audit experience (Big 4, mid-tier, or equivalent). Experience outside traditional audit—startup, client-side, consulting, or adjacent roles. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly evolving priorities. Evidence of building something: processes, teams, products, or companies. Genuine interest in AI and willingness to learn our tools deeply. Experience working at a startup and thriving in the chaos. Side projects, investments, or entrepreneurial experiments. Active use of AI tools in your current work. Ability to speak both “audit” and “operations” fluently. Motivation driven by impact rather than title.
