Requirements:
7+ years of Product Management experience in consumer mobile apps, fintech, or neobanks. Deep experience optimizing high-stakes conversion flows (e.g., checkouts, sign-ups, KYC). History of launching new products or features from scratch that changed user behavior. Technical fluency (API constraints, latency) and a high bar for UI/UX design. Experience leading without authority and aligning senior stakeholders. Fluent in SQL/Amplitude and uses data with product intuition to solve problems. Equivalent practical experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Responsibilities:
Own the 'Pre-Swipe' Vision for Card Activation and New User Experience. Build 0->1 Growth Bets by identifying and launching net-new features. Obsess Over the Funnel by managing end-to-end checkout and activation. Provide Cross-Functional Leadership to Engineering, Design, Risk, Legal, and Compliance. Navigate Complexity to invent new onboarding methods safely and quickly. Drive Activation Economics by owning key metrics like Time-to-First-Transaction.
