7+ years of Product Management experience in consumer mobile apps, fintech, or neobanks. Deep experience optimizing high-stakes conversion flows (e.g., checkouts, sign-ups, KYC). History of launching new products or features from scratch that changed user behavior. Technical fluency (API constraints, latency) and a high bar for UI/UX design. Experience leading without authority and aligning senior stakeholders. Fluent in SQL/Amplitude and uses data with product intuition to solve problems. Equivalent practical experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
