Requirements:
Proven experience in account management or sales, focused on customer expansion in enterprise accounts. Demonstrated success in consultative selling to large, complex customers. Strong understanding of HR and CFO dynamics. Passion for advancing mental health care. Outstanding communication and presentation skills. Entrepreneurial focus and determination. Strong track record as an individual contributor, closing 6-figure deals and exceeding quota. Humility, resourcefulness, directness, ambition, and comfortability with change. Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing enterprise accounts. Develop unique renewal strategies for each customer. Build relationships with key stakeholders at VP level and above, and CFOs. Understand customer goals and deliver targeted recommendations. Manage the commercial cycle for customer expansions and renewals. Meet and exceed revenue targets by closing renewals and upsells. Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs. Provide customer feedback to influence product roadmap. Stay current on mental health industry trends and decision-maker needs.
