Responsibilities:
Initiate outreach to warm relationships and open conversations. Introduce VPP's ownership pathways and assess candidate motivations. Serve as a trusted guide to prospective partners. Collaborate with the Partnership Development team. Represent VPP externally at industry conferences and on social platforms. Build and refine a national pipeline of high-potential veterinarians. Research markets, hospitals, and industry movements.
