Requirements:
6–9 years of experience in brand/marketing design, ideally in B2B SaaS or complex enterprise products. Portfolio shows strong brand systems work, thoughtful typography, and a mix of campaign and web design. Experience designing websites and landing pages with an understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and user flows. Able to turn guidelines into scalable systems. Comfortable presenting work, explaining design decisions to non-designers, and incorporating feedback. Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Exposure to Hubspot, Webflow, Framer, or similar tools is a plus. Able to move between concepting big ideas and shipping day-to-day assets. Highly organized self-starter. Thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. Can manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Own and evolve One Model’s visual identity across all touchpoints. Translate brand guidelines into a practical design system. Build and maintain shared design libraries and templates. Serve as the brand guardian. Design end-to-end campaign asset suites. Partner with Content and Product Marketing for visual storytelling. Support field and event marketing with on-brand experiences. Collaborate on website and landing page design. Turn static assets into elevated interactive experiences. Design with conversion and usability in mind. Identify and propose new visual formats for innovation. Experiment with new ways to visualize workforce data. Bring inspiration from design, culture, and SaaS marketing. Partner with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing. Support Sales and Customer Success with high-value collateral. Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers. Lead and mentor future design hires. Help improve creative work scoping, review, and feedback processes. Understand how creative impacts performance. Use data and feedback to refine creative approaches. Document learnings and best practices.
