Requirements
- Degree in engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar
- Strong technical understanding of battery systems and their applications
- Experience in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and product support
- Hands-on mentality and structured problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation
- Willingness to work cross-functionally and occasionally travel
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain documentation
- Identify, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in customer environments
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Ensure proper reporting of activities and customer feedback
- Ensure strict adherence to procedures during installation and/or modification of equipment
- Provide technical consultancy for existing products
- Perform hands-on work to address technical claims and support production-related problem-solving
- Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams
