Requirements:
3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a software environment. Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Deep understanding of SDLC and modern product development practices. CSPO or similar Agile certification. Experience working with SaaS products. Experience using data analysis or analytics tools to guide product decisions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools. Excellent English skills (C1).
Responsibilities:
Own, prioritize, and maintain a clear product backlog. Gather and refine requirements with stakeholders, translating them into user stories. Collaborate closely with development teams. Serve as the primary decision-maker for product scope. Monitor product progress, KPIs, and delivery timelines. Facilitate communication between engineering, design, QA, and business teams. Advocate for users, ensuring features meet customer expectations.
