8+ years of product management experience 3+ years leading PMs and/or Designers Proven experience operating at senior product leadership levels Strong capability to bridge business objectives and technical execution Experience in on-premises deployed software, open-source platforms, developer tooling, collaboration products, or high-security/regulated environments Demonstrated success in building and scaling product teams and processes Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, comfortable operating at the executive level and communicating directly with customers High accountability, strategic clarity, strong prioritization instincts, and a bias toward action Passion for open-source culture, secure communication, and empowering global teams Experience with enterprise security, self-hosted deployments, or government-grade compliance (desirable) Experience scaling product for global customer bases (desirable)

Define and communicate product strategy Translate company strategy into product roadmaps Drive prioritization based on market, customer, and feasibility Ensure product portfolio supports growth and pricing discipline Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support Serve as liaison between technical and commercial teams Directly lead and develop Product Management and Product Design teams Establish a high-performance culture Implement product processes to improve velocity and quality Oversee delivery of customer-facing features and strategic initiatives Ensure product requirements are clear and validated Champion UX excellence Partner with Engineering and PMO to remove blockers Maintain deep understanding of customer needs in regulated industries Lead competitive analysis and trend assessment Engage with customers and partners Define key product metrics and ensure team delivers against business goals Maintain product-level reporting Drive a culture of evidence-based iteration
