Identify upsell opportunities, produce quarterly growth plans, and hit revenue/retention targets. Oversee launching, QA, and optimizing campaigns across search, social, display, video, and CTV. Analyze performance data, craft insight-driven recommendations, and deliver clear, concise reports. Manage timelines, proactively follow up with stakeholders, and clear roadblocks. Coordinate with Creative, Data, and Product teams. Document best practices, coach junior teammates, and stay current on industry trends. Proactively suggest workflow or product improvements.
