Requirements:

5-8+ years Project/Program/TPM experience with hands-on business analysis and delivered cloud/AI-based functionality. High proficiency with delivery tools (Jira/Linear, ClickUp, Notion, Google Sheets). Outstanding technical writing ability. Strong record leading UAT cycles, coordinating cutover, and ensuring operational readiness for production go-lives. Experience delivering clinical, healthcare, or regulated data products (nice-to-have). Knowledge of automated KPI dashboards and AI-supported PM tooling (nice-to-have).

Responsibilities:

Lead all aspects of delivery: defining scope, planning schedules, managing budgets, coordinating RAID, running standups, and updating stakeholders. Serve as the BA partner: gather requirements, model processes, define epics/user stories, acceptance criteria, and identify gaps. Oversee quality and launch readiness: UAT planning, test execution, runbooks, cutover steps, and KPI/OKR monitoring. Establish operational governance: RACI charts, change management procedures, risk/privacy checklists, documentation frameworks. Develop lightweight automation, dashboards, and workflow accelerators to increase visibility and reduce administrative load.
