1+ year of iGaming industry experience Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, acquisition funnels, and partner ecosystems Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms (Income Access, NetRefer, or Raven Track) Demonstrated success in negotiation and relationship management Strong analytical skills Solid understanding of acquisition metrics (CPA, RevShare, ROI/Paybacks) Ability to prioritise and manage multiple workflows Proactive relationship-builder with excellent communication skills Commercially minded Organised, adaptable, and reliable Passion for gaming or sports betting is a strong bonus Collaborative team player with a self-starter mentality
Responsibilities:
Build, manage, and deepen relationships with affiliate partners Negotiate commercial terms Review new affiliate applications and perform compliance checks Optimize affiliate agreements and campaigns Collaborate with CRM and Design teams Identify, outreach to, and onboard new affiliates Monitor and analyse performance data Ensure affiliate promotions meet regulatory and compliance requirements
