Requirements:
Proven experience of at least 3 years in affiliation, advertising, marketing, sales, or similar. Knowledge of major online traffic sources, including Meta, Google, and TikTok ads. In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing and customer acquisition strategies. Proven track record in sales and business development. Experience in negotiating and managing high-value partnerships with measurable success. Data analysis skills and proficiency in using performance monitoring and analysis tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Results-oriented with a focus on maximizing affiliate revenue. Excellent knowledge of English (C1 level). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Portfolio of affiliates. Possession of an active VAT number.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase affiliate-generated revenue. Cultivate relationships with potential affiliates and strategic partners. Define revenue targets and sales KPIs for affiliate partnerships. Provide tailored training programs to improve affiliate sales performance. Collaborate with the sales team to integrate affiliate strategies. Monitor affiliate performance, analyze data, and provide reports. Collaborate with internal teams to provide promotional materials and support to affiliates. Negotiate and manage contracts, commissions, and payments with affiliates. Provide advice and support to affiliates. Stay updated on affiliate sector trends and propose new initiatives. Monitor and ensure compliance with LeadX’s policies and guidelines by affiliates. Identify growth opportunities and collaboration with key affiliates.
