At least two years experience in a support based or technical role within the payments industry. Understanding of payments eco-system and terminology. Technical experience of working with gateway plug-ins, APIs, WooCommerce and WordPress. Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders. Analytical mindset with ability to review data, diagnose problems and recommend fixes. Strategic thinker who can understand long term goals and devise plans. Self-starter with exceptional organisational skills. Willingness to learn all about Zap products and services. Familiarity with Google Workspace, Laravel and Open Banking/Acquiring industries is a plus.
