Bilingual Evening Virtual IOP Therapist (MA– Independently Licensed)

Master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field Valid Massachusetts independent licensure (LICSW, LMHC) Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling Experience providing group therapy virtually following a preset curriculum Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team 3 years' experience post independent licensure preferred Experience facilitating group therapy in IOP/PHP/RES/IP setting preferred Experience working virtually preferred Willingness to obtain cross-licensure in additional states

Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions (individual, group, family) Monitor and document client progress Collaborate with other healthcare professionals Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings Educate clients and families about mental health Adhere to confidentiality and ethical guidelines Stay updated on behavioral therapy research
